We collect your name, email, phone number, delivery addresses, order history, messages with sellers and support, and login activity. Payment card and mobile-money details are entered on our payment partner's secure pages — we never see or store your full card number.
Your information is used to fulfil orders, process payments and refunds, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and send order updates. With your consent we may also send promotions, which you can switch off at any time in notification settings.
Sellers receive only the name, phone number and delivery address needed to fulfil your order. We share data with payment processors, delivery partners and SMS/email providers strictly to operate the service, and with authorities where required by law. We never sell your personal data.
You can view and update your details in account settings, download a copy of your data, and request deletion of your account at any time. Deletion removes your profile while we keep order records required for tax and legal purposes.
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, sessions expire automatically, and sensitive actions are logged. You can review active sessions and login activity in your account security page and enable two-factor authentication for extra protection.
