This store is a marketplace where independent sellers list products and buyers purchase them. When you place an order, your contract of sale is with the seller of each item. We operate the platform, process payments through our payment partners, and hold seller earnings until orders are delivered.
Prices are shown in Ghana cedis (₵) and include any applicable discounts. We accept card and mobile-money payments via Paystack, manual mobile-money transfer, and cash on delivery where offered. Manual mobile-money orders are confirmed only after we verify receipt of your payment; until then the seller is not obliged to ship.
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours with photos through your order page or a support ticket so we can make it right.
You may request a refund from your order page within 7 days of delivery for items that are faulty, damaged, or materially not as described. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method or wallet within 5–10 business days. Change-of-mind returns are accepted only where the seller's policy allows them.
Sellers must ship genuine products as described, pack and dispatch orders promptly, and respond to buyer messages within a reasonable time. Earnings are released when an order is delivered, minus the marketplace commission shown in the seller agreement.
You must not misuse the platform, submit false refund claims, interfere with other users, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
